About the Founder
Built by someone who
built one first.
Rance Johnson is a technology executive with over 40 years of experience, an Air Force veteran, and a lifelong people-developer who spent a career building infrastructure for organizations that didn’t always deserve it. He was diagnosed with ADHD at 62. It explained everything.
He built his own AI thinking partner first — and then realized most people were using AI completely wrong. Not wrong in a technical sense. Wrong in a human sense. They were treating a thinking partner like a search engine.
